Flaminio vive isolato da 43 anni sulle montagne in provincia di Bergamo, con lui le sue 25 pecore e un fedele asino. Andare a conoscerlo è stato un privilegio e un viaggio nel tempo: vive senza corrente elettrica e riscaldamento, mangia ciò che alleva e coltiva. Per ogni necessità pratica ha costruito un macchinario di legno. Indossa abiti che cuce con la lana delle sue pecore. In rari casi scende fino alla bottega per barattare le sue verdure con sale e vino. Da oltre 20 anni non mette piede in paese.
