Ricardo Uauy: Doctor en Bioquímica Nutricional. Médico y Premio Nacional de Ciencias Aplicadas y Tecnológicas 2012. Forma parte del cuerpo académico del Instituto de Nutrición y Tecnología de Alimentos de la Universidad de Chile (INTA), y de la London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine de Inglaterra. Su trabajo se ha enfocado en estudiar los requerimientos nutricionales en estados de salud y enfermedad.

The sentimental bloke (1919) is an Australian silent film based on the 1915 poem The Songs of a Sentimental Bloke by C.J. Dennis. It is generally considered the greatest Australian silent film, and one of the best Australian movies of all time.
It took a while for the film to be released as Australasian Films used to screen the movie in the Union Theatre chain. However it was seen by E.J. Carroll who decided to distribute it in Australia and overseas.

Charlie Chaplin's 29th Released Oct. 26 1914 The story involves Chaplin and Chester Conklin working as waiters at a restaurant where the cooks go on strike. When the two are forced to work as bakers, the striking cooks put dynamite in the dough, with explosive results. Dough and Dynamite was one of two Charlie Chaplin films that were to be shown at a special event in September, 2001.
