EN FOCO.-El expresidente colombiano Ernesto Samper, destacó que la Unión de Naciones Suramericanas (Unasur) no se ha acabado e informó que el organismo tendrá una sede temporal en Buenos Aires. Al momento se está trabajando en un proceso de convivencia para analizar la posibilidad de que los diez organismos subregionales se unan, sin la intervención de Estados Unidos, para retomar el camino de la cooperación y la integración, señaló.
