Light has fascinated humanity since the dawn of time. Research into its properties contributed to the birth of modern science and led to the theories of relativity and quantum physics, which have profoundly changed our view of the world on a microscopic and cosmic scale. En la conferencia de alto nivel celebrada en Lisboa y coorganizada por la Presidencia portuguesa del Consejo de la Ue en junio de 2021, se firmó la Declaración de Lisboa sobre la Plataforma Europea de Lucha contra el Sinhogarismo, poniéndola en marcha.
