Joao Castel Goulao: Coordinador Nacional de Drogas en Portugal. Médico de la Universidad de Lisboa, tiene más de 25 años de experiencia en temas relacionados con las drogas y la salud. Hasta el 2002 fue miembro del comité científico del Centro de Monitoreo de Drogas y Adicciones Europeo (EMCDDA). Reporter Speed Morgan (Rex Bell) helps Flash Barrett (Lloyd Whitlock) escape from the police and this gets him into Flash's gang where he poses as a gangster. This is an unusual film about a mad doctor who keeps a monster in the basement. It's unusual for two reasons, one being the mad doctor is a woman, which was strange for the time, and the other was the fact that the film had an all-black cast, which was also unusual, especially for this kind of movie
