A couple camping in the woods is attacked by a trio of thugs and the wife is beaten and raped. A few months after the assault, she is hunting down the three (who happen to be diamond smugglers) by posing as a dealer looking to sell some stolen merchandise. Meanwhile, her Interpol agent husband is doing some tracking of his own in the hopes of bringing them to justice. As they make their plans, a group of ninjas is watching from afar, waiting to make their move.

This is your standard 1970s ninja-themed b-movie. The story revolves around a man taken from some sort of work camp and being rehired by the army to take down three rival groups of Hong Kong ninjas that are making a deal to sell Soviet Arms to the Middle East. When our hero recives this news, the ninjas don't concern him, though he is worried because he does not know his way around Hong Kong. The gang decide to visit him, and end up causing all sorts of disasters. They manage to work their way into both the x-ray and operating rooms, among other places.
