The story revolves around a man taken from some sort of work camp and being rehired by the army to take down three rival groups of Hong Kong ninjas that are making a deal to sell Soviet Arms to the Middle East. When our hero recives this news, the ninjas don't concern him, though he is worried because he does not know his way around Hong Kong.
