L'incontro "Un cammino nella guerra e nella speranza" con Gino Strada, Teresa Sarti e Carlo Garbagnati; per far conoscere Emergency, la sua attività, i suoi programmi.
E' Orvieto la città che ha ospitato il terzo incontro nazionale dei volontari di Emergency.
Nel week end del 25-26 settembre oltre 1500 attivisti dell'associazione sono arrivati ad Orvieto da tutta Italia per partecipare a una serie di incontri e seminari.

Filmed in Iraq in June 2003, this documentary illustrates Emergency's work in Iraqi Kurdistan, where the association has been active since 1995, showing all the activities carried out in this region, whitch is one of world's most heavily mined areas.
The two directors filmed work at the First Aid Posts, at the Surgical Centres in Sulaimaniya and Erbil, at the Rehabilitation, Prosthesis and Social Reintegration Centre and in the cooperatives ex-patients have set up with Emergency's support.

Clowni'n Kabul - Afghanistan 2002 Nel febbraio scorso 23 medici e altri quindici volontari partirono alla volta di Kabul, vestiti da pagliacci e guidati dal dottor Patch Adams. La squadra di medici clown provenienti da tutto il mondo ha attraversato l'Afghanistan per tre settimane, visitando gli ospedali di Emergency, Medici Senza Frontiere, Croce Rossa, Indira Ghandi, oltre a scuole e campi.
