En la conferencia de alto nivel celebrada en Lisboa y coorganizada por la Presidencia portuguesa del Consejo de la Ue en junio de 2021, se firmó la Declaración de Lisboa sobre la Plataforma Europea de Lucha contra el Sinhogarismo, poniéndola en marcha. Los firmantes se comprometieron a trabajar juntos bajo el paraguas de la Plataforma y a realizar acciones dentro de sus respectivas competencias.

Neurocientífica y Académica. Profesora Asociada de la Universidad de Valparaíso. Líder de grupo de investigación del Centro Interdisciplinario de Neurociencia de Valparaíso e Instituto Max Planck.
